Want to make your own choices about future care instead of leaving loved ones to play guessing games? Advance Care Planning helps you put your wishes into plain language, spares family members the awkward "what would they have wanted" conversations and gives you more say over your own wellbeing. Think of it as practical paperwork for later rather than a mystery novel for everyone else to solve.

The session is free but registration is required. Friday 14 November 2025, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Albany Public Library meeting rooms, 221 York Street, Albany WA 6330, Australia.
