Get ready for some sun-soaked fun at the event. On Saturday mornings in January 2025, the Disabled Surfers Association Great Southern is teaming up with 'Let's Go Surfing' for some all-abilities surfing at Middleton Beach, right in front of the Albany Surf Lifesaving Club. Yes, that's right—surfing for everyone, because who says the waves should only be for the pros?

On the day, you can swing by the registration tent between 9 and 10 am to snag your armbands and rashies before they disappear. Surfing kicks off at 9:30 am, giving you a solid two hours to catch some waves—a little early morning exercise before you dive into a free BBQ and presentations that wrap up by noon. Don't worry if you're feeling a bit chilly; we've got wetsuits and sunscreen covered. Just remember to bring your own trusty water bottle because staying hydrated is key to conquering those waves. So mark your calendars for the 11th of January, slip into something comfy, and prepare for a morning of laughter, surfing, and a good old-fashioned BBQ—sunshine guaranteed.
