Lifeline WA is teaming up with Rio Tinto to bring some mental health know-how to the fine folks in Albany. If you're curious about the ins and outs of mental health—like what's fact and what's just someone's wacky uncle's opinion—come along to the Albany library. We'll be having a laid-back, interactive discussion about everything from common misconceptions to the right kinds of support available when life gets a bit too heavy. Plus, there'll be light refreshments on offer because nothing fuels a good conversation like snacks.

Just a heads up—you need to be 18 or over to join this adventure into the brain's workings, so maybe leave the kids at home. It's all free, but space is tighter than your jeans after the holidays, so make sure to register. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, 20th November 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Albany Public Library on York Street. Come for the wisdom, stay for the nibbles.
