Join Lifeline WA and Rio Tinto for a laid-back, eye-opening session on a rather serious topic: talking about suicide. This isn't your typical snooze-fest workshop - we're diving into some of the common misconceptions that folks have about suicide. You'll learn how to spot the signs, figure out how to bring up the topic without awkward pauses, and explore what kind of support can actually make a difference.

We'll be tackling a few thought-provoking questions that might just make you think twice while sipping your afternoon coffee. Ever wondered how common those dark thoughts really are? Or if it's okay to talk about them? Can suicide truly be prevented? And most importantly, what can you do if you find yourself in the thick of it?
