ALAC's Over 50's Program is hitting the fabulous milestone of five years, and you're warmly invited to join in on the fun. On October 1st, we're rolling out the red carpet for a free Open Day packed with activities. Kick things off at 8am with Strong Seniors if you're keen to flex those muscles, or dip your toes into something gentler like Pilates or Aqua Splash – remember, it's never too late to embrace your inner mermaid.

From 10am to noon, get ready for a smorgasbord of social sports. Whether you fancy yourself a champion at carpet bowls, a tennis whiz, or you're ready to test your skills in the exciting world of pickleball (yes, it's real), we've got you covered. Not to mention table tennis for those who prefer their competition a tad less sweaty. At 10:15am, you can dance like no one's watching in Dance Unlimited or find your centre with some peaceful yoga at 11:15am. And because what's a celebration without a snack, stop by for light refreshments, tea, and coffee at noon, where you can mingle with the trainers and snag a few fitness tips.
