Thanks to the fine folks at WA Country Health Service, you'll be learning how to navigate the tricky waters of aging and nutrition – because let's face it, what you eat matters more than those excuses for skipping dessert.

This event is exclusively for the fabulous over-50 crowd, so leave the youngsters at home for a change. Join us for two enlightening sessions where you'll discover how to keep your plate colourful and your health in tip-top shape despite the years catching up.
