The Albany Repair Cafe is firing up again on Sunday 19th October 2025 from 1 to 3pm at the charmingly pink King River Hall down at 1520 Millbrook Rd in King River WA 6330. If youre the type who stares at a broken gadget and thinks why not try fixing it yourself this is your low pressure chance to give it a go without the hassle of buying something new. Its the third Sunday of the month as usual so mark your calendar if you want to make it a habit.

Bring along whatever needs a bit of TLC from wonky mobile phones and laptops to dull knives begging for a sharpen or even a punctured bike tyre thats seen better days. Weve got folks on hand for sewing up that favourite shirt gluing bits back together or offering gardening tips that might actually save your wilting plants. Small electronics and power tools are fair game too though dont expect miracles on the really stubborn stuff. Fancy lending a hand as a volunteer repair whiz Its free and no ones judging your DIY disasters.
