If you've ever thought martial arts was only for action heroes, pop over on Wednesday the 13th at 9am for a gentle introduction to the dazzling world of martial arts for your well-being. Who knows, you might find yourself adopting some ninja moves while grocery shopping—everyone will be on edge as you deftly navigate the aisles.
Then on Friday the 15th at 9.30am, it's time to bulk up your routine with Strong Seniors. This isn't just any stroll through the gym; we're talking about resistance training designed especially for the seasoned athlete. You'll have a chance to hoist some weights and feel like a champion, all while enjoying the company of fellow fitness enthusiasts. And if all that sounds a bit too strenuous, don't worry, we've got your back—or should I say hips? Join us for Chair Yoga on Wednesday, the 27th at 9.30am. Here, you'll learn how to squeeze in gentle stretches around your day, so you can become the master of relaxation without breaking a sweat.
