Back in 2020, over 27,000 Aussies found themselves shaking hands with this unwelcome visitor for the first time. But don't panic just yet; there's a silver lining. Up to 80 percent of strokes can actually be prevented. So, why not arm yourself with some knowledge before that coffee break hits again?

Join us for a chat with the Stroke Foundation where you'll learn the ins and outs of strokes – what they are, how to spot the sneaky signs, and what to do when that denial moment rears its head. Plus, we'll cover how you can keep yourself and your loved ones safe.
