Heads up, family carers in Albany and surrounds. Dementia Support Australia, those folks who champion behaviour support across the country, are putting on a free local get together just for you. Think of it as a bit of a brain booster session where you can pick up some handy tips from dementia specialists. We are talking about unravelling those tricky mood and behaviour changes, getting your head around the diagnosis, and crucially, remembering to look after your own sanity. Plus, you will get the lowdown on all the helpful bits and pieces available to you. Bring your burning questions too, because there is an expert panel ready for a grilling. Stick around afterwards for some nibbles and a yarn with the team. It is a chance to breathe and realise you are not going solo on this journey.

It is all happening on Thursday 24th July 2025, kicking off at 9:30am, down at the Hilton Garden Inn Albany, that is 3 Toll Place if you are punching it into the GPS.
