Come along to a relaxed panel conversation with portrait photographer Nic Duncan, Elder Carol Pettersen and other Menang voices. This Menang led collaboration between Elders and award winning photographer Nic Duncan produced 29 portraits of Elders and key Menang people, bringing their faces and contributions front and centre in Albany and beyond. Each portrait is paired with a caption drawn from recorded interviews with the Elders, so you get both the image and the story. Expect yarns about the making of the work, reflections on community and the odd bit of photo geekery if that floats your boat.

The project aims to leave a lasting legacy so these images and stories are recognised, celebrated and passed on to future generations. The panel is free and registration is required.
