Settle in for an unforgettable evening in the Swan Valley as RiverBank Estate presents Wine & Food Degustation - Italy, North to South: a gourmet journey through Italy's most beloved regions, reimagined in Australian wine country.

On Saturday, 27 June 2026, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, guests will be treated to a decadent six-course Italian degustation, each course inspired by a different region - from the elegance of Veneto in the north to the sun-drenched flavours of Sicily in the south.

Every plate is a regional classic, thoughtfully reinterpreted by our chefs and paired with an Australian-made, Italian-style wine crafted with RiverBank's own heritage in mind. Expect dishes that celebrate Italy's diverse culinary traditions, matched to wines that bring each region's character to life in your glass.

As dusk falls over the vineyards, the scene is set for an evening of slow dining, deep flavour, and pure Italian indulgence. This is regional Italian cuisine elevated by RiverBank's award-winning wines, all enjoyed against the backdrop of sweeping Swan Valley views.
