Head to Little Grove for a laidback story walk with the local library and author Glenis Bailey as part of the Tree Festival. Follow the antics of the mischievous Magpies Four, a yarn suited to kids aged 3 to 12 who might just channel their inner cheeky bird along the way.

Wrap it up with some nature crafting under the shady Karri trees at the Princess Royal Sailing Club, 57 Chipana Drive, Little Grove 6330. Its free on Thursday 16 April 2026 from 10:30 am to 12 pm, though registration is needed to avoid any magpie mixups.
