At RiverBank Estate this May, dinner is no longer just about what's on the plate - it's about the performance unfolding around you.

The Swan Valley venue is launching RiverBank Estate UNPLUGGED, a new signature dinner-and-show series that pairs immersive live performances with a curated estate dining experience. Each instalment in the series will spotlight a different theme and soundscape, with chefs crafting a menu tailored to the mood of the night.

The series opens with UNPLUGGED @ RiverBank Estate - Latino Night Dinner & Show, a one-night-only event on Saturday, 30 May 2026, from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm at RiverBank Estate.

A night of heat, rhythm, and colour

For its debut, RiverBank Estate is leaning into the energy and colour of Latin America. Guests will be treated to a three-course Latin American–inspired menu, designed exclusively for the evening, with dishes created to echo the vibrancy and warmth of the region.

The culinary experience is paired with a live Latino performance, bringing rhythm, movement, and atmosphere to the estate. As the sun sets over the Swan Valley vines, the space transforms into a vibrant, high-energy setting where music, food, and wine flow together.

An intimate, immersive experience

Unlike large-scale concerts or crowded venues, UNPLUGGED @ RiverBank Estate is deliberately intimate. Seating is limited to ensure every guest feels close to the performance and fully immersed in the experience.
