If youre around Albany or can make the short drive, the Hawthorn House Christmas Fair is popping up on Saturday, 29 November 2025. Its a laid-back affair from 10am to 2pm at 40 Henry Street in Milpara, WA 6330, where you can wander through stalls of local produce, handmade crafts, and whatever the Mens Shed crew has rustled up. Expect the usual suspects like a sausage sizzle thats probably more temptation than you need before lunch, plus baked goods that might just ruin your diet plans.

Entry is just a gold coin, so its low stakes for a bit of early Christmas cheer in the Aussie spring. No pressure to buy everything in sight, but if you do, at least youll support the locals without breaking the bank.
