Anyes Icher from Twilight Dreams is hosting Chair Yoga at the Albany Public Library Meeting Rooms on 221 York Street, Albany WA 6330. Drop in on Tuesday, 13 January 2026 from 10.30am to 11.30am. Its free but registration is needed, so sort that out ahead.

This ones for seniors or folks on the mend from injuries, keeping everything seated or chair supported so you dont have to worry about floor acrobatics. Expect breathwork for some centred calm, easy stretches for flexibility, and a gentle meditation to wrap up and melt away the tension. All moves are home friendly too, for whenever you feel like pretending youre at a spa.
