The Centre for Accessibility Australia has a free workshop coming up on plain language and accessible social media, aimed at businesses, government organisations and regular folks keen to make their online world less of a headache. Its happening on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026, from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Hilton Garden Inn, 3 Toll Place, Albany, WA 6330.

They will run through straightforward ways to ditch the jargon and write stuff that actually makes sense to everyone, not just the word wizards. Expect practical tips for clearer social media posts that reach further without anyone needing a decoder ring.
