If your little human is anywhere from freshly hatched to almost ready for school that is birth right up to five years old and you are keen for a bit of a sing and bounce then our Rhymetime sessions are running this July. It is a chance to get jiggy with some classic rhymes introduce the youngsters to some pretty cool books without them even realising they are learning and for you to perhaps swap survival tips with other parents who also know what it is like to live on coffee and interrupted sleep.

These sessions are absolutely free so no need to raid the piggy bank. They usually run for a quick 20 to 30 minutes just long enough to get into the groove before anyone needs a nappy change or a snack. There is no fancy sign up required just wander in on the day. If you have any burning questions about all this rhyming business our Youth Services Librarian Dora is the person to chat to or simply come along and see for yourself.
